Refund Policy


Refunds & Return

  • If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the arrival date for a full refund
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To initiate your return, contact us at info@classylightz.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping fee associated with sending your order back to our headquarters. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
  • Once your returned product is received, we will send you an email to notify you.
  • Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment

Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective product, we will send you a replacement for free.
  • A video must be sent to the Customer Support Team, to support your claim.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Classy Lightz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please file a complaint to your respective shipping carrier.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund .
